Webster Trading, LLC is an international proprietary trading organization, using internally developed methods, models and technologies. We trade across a wide range of asset classes in the United States and abroad. Our trading activity is for our own account and risk. Unlike hedge funds, brokerage firms, dealers and banks, Webster has no customers, clients or investors.
Leadership
John Richards founded Webster Trading, LLC in 2003. He earned a B.A. from Boston University, an MBA from Loyola University, and is a CFA candidate. Formerly Vice President with the Institutional Fixed Income Capital Markets Group of Both UBS & Societe Generale in New York, John is also a former Corporate Finance Professor at San Francisco State University and a 21 year veteran of the global capital markets.
